I'm sorry to be absent so much lately!

Earlier in the month I had nasal/sinus surgery... and I've been pretty lazy since then!

On top of that, my husband has been suffering with poor health for several months (fibromyalgia and depression) and it just seems to have reached a peak lately. We've been going the rounds with different doctors and different medications, to no avail so far.

Doing extra Oxycise! reps (and prayer!) has helped me be more stress-free during this stressful time. I feel it's important for me to keep a positive mental attitude, so I can be more supportive for my hubby.

I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving holiday with your families!

Julie,

You are a huge advocate of O!, does your husband also share your enthusiasm? If so, does it help with his FM & depression?

Just curious!

Hi Julie! It's great to see you posting again!! We've all missed you!!!

I'm glad you've recouperated from your surgery, but I'm sorry to hear about your husband. I know this has been a stressful year for y'all. Like Tracey, I'm wondering if your dh has tried O! for his problems? I know there have been some who said they've experienced some relief from their FM with O!

I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers!

Kelly

No, my husband has not yet been willing to try Oxycise! I'm not sure why. Probably a number of reasons. (Stubborn is probably #1!)

He knows Jill -- and has seen her results. (in fact, funny and long story, but he was dating Jill when we were all in college -- before he dated me!)

We have received a number of very positive testimonials from customers with Fibromyalgia who say that Oxycise! has helped them in a major way.
But that hasn't convinced him to try it.

My husband has (until recently) has always been an "Xtreme sports" type of guy -- rock climbing, cycling, windsurfing, scuba diving.... although lately he hasn't felt good enough to do much of anything. So maybe he thinks Oxycise! isn't "macho" enough.... I'm not sure.

Some researchers believe that people with Fibro do not get enough oxygen to their muscle tissues.... so Oxycise! would seem to be a perfect solution. But I've told him this... and so far, no "sale"!

Thanks for your concern!

Julie,

My brother is a lot like your husband. He sees the good these programs do, sees how good I feel, but won't try it. He'll make fun of me and do a perfect imitation of the breath but won't actually do the program.

I'll keep you guys in my thoughts, maybe someday it'll just click for him.
