I would like to get some feedback from those of you who do more than one entire "O" routine during the day--whether it's extra breaths here and there, part of an extra routine, or an entire second one--regarding how much of a difference it has made in your progress.
What made me think of this is that when I'm driving across town (which takes awhile) I typically do a commuter routine, but I don't for shorter trips. I think I've been stuck in an "all or nothing" mentality, i.e., I don't do 1/2 or 1/3 of the commuter routine. Well, I've started that now and am tracking those fractional workouts to see how many extra "O's" result, and what a difference it makes. Any thoughts?

Jill recommends doing extra breaths when you are just "sitting around" in the Tips for Fastest Results section of the breathing tips. She also recommends that you Oxycise! more than once a day if possible when you are looking to achieve faster results.
I personally try to add extra breaths in while I'm driving or doing things like folding laundry. I say the more the better!
I think the more the better, too...guess I answered my own question as I added in some partial routines in the week and a half before going on a trip, and managed to lose five lbs. It was good eating (thanks to being motivated by the event), more water than usual, and, I think, the extra breaths!

I can't do extra breaths combined with other activities, either. The only exception is I am able to do the commuter routine while driving, as long as I'm not fighting crazy freeway traffic. Extra breaths for me are an additional 10, 15, or 30 breaths of the commuter routine or one of the regular Oxy routines.

Definately!!! Since I've started paying attention to the way I breathe I noticed I don't do much of it! My breaths are shallow, very shallow. When I breathe deep I look and feel so much better. Now it is the food part of my life I need to work on. But those extra breaths are lifesavers.
