One per day. I like them because they have my favourite positions and they are closest to the 15-minute mark.

I haven't been using tapes the past couple of weeks (I've just been "breathing" on my own). I think my favorite tape is probably Level 2.... followed closely by L3 and Ab&UB. I Oxycise every day except for Sunday.

I mostly do the commuter tape in my car and at home I have L 1,2, and 3, but mostly seem to do L1.

I have all of the tapes, but I still like level 2 the best. And I love the commuter CD! On a gooood day I will do level 2 tape in the morning then the commuter to & from work. And if I am really good, then I will try to get one more workout (my favorite positions) done durning the day on brakes. I have lost 4" in 2 weeks doing this, and my muscles are just popping out like crazy. I am committed to do at least 2 workouts per day, but I take the weekends off.

I have every Oxycise tape that has been made and my fav is level 3. I just seem to do that one most often. I love the easy does it tapes when I'm not totally up to par. I Oxycise at least once every day but really try for two most days (thats in addition to my walk aerobics and walking on my treadmill). Today I did four oxycise workuts and also walked four miles on my treadmill. I love oxycise! I have been lifting weights and doing The Firm workouts for over a year and Iv'e seen faster and better muscle definition in two weeks of Oxycise alone then over a year of serious weight lifting. My starting weight was 260 lbs and a size 24W (i'm 5'7" tall) and my current stats are 190 lbs. and misses size 12.

I don't have all of the tapes, but of the ones I have I like L2 & L3 the best. I do whatever I feel like doing that day. Some days I do both of them. I try to "O" Mon-Sat. I don't "O" on Sunday (day of rest).
