Hello, I am new with this forum. but I am not new when it comes to Oxycising. I set a goal for myself around my birthday a couple of months ago to reach a certain weight.I was doing great with Oxycise (all smiles and grins, and losing weight, smile), but how about I went literally "off" Oxycise and began gaining weight. Every inch I lost, has been regained and then some!! I am saddened, because the more I try the more weight I gain. I have started back Oxycising, even if I have to do it at 5:30 in the morning, this is a must not only for my body, but for my soul and spirit. Complete balance.......

I would appreciate any advice (I though I am a vegetarian, I consume carbohydrates, what is the recommended requirement I should have at least daily?

Bless you.

Hi! It sounds to me like you were off to a good start with Oxycise at first, but got away from it. If you lost weight once, you can do it again!!

I, too, am a vegetarian (tho I still eat eggs and dairy products). My problem lies in all the "extras" I eat....chips, fried foods, sweets... If I would eat properly (easier said than done), I think I would have no trouble reaching my goals.

Perhaps you could find another form of exercise you enjoy to do along with your Oxycise. I like to do walk videos. Others I know like the Jorge Cruise 8 minutes in the morning program. However, I still think the Oxycise gives me the most consistent benefits as far as feeling good in general plus toning.

Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread for support and accountability!
