Hi Kelly!

I just logged on to Oxycise after about a week. (Stepmom died). And this is the second post I read. I had to think about it and remembered that I found out about Oxycise because I found this site while searching for info on Body Flex. I was quite impressed with the people here...like you and the results.

Will read more posts, and start my Oxycise again..today!

My doctor (gyn.) told me about it a year or so ago. Have not tried it yet, but am going to buy the tapes this week.

I came across the book at the library. I read it and was intrigued. I decided to try the videos to see if I had the timing right.

Big Grin I was thrilled to find Jill on our shopping channel in Canda many, many years ago - perhaps 8? I was so taken not only with the style of workout but with Jill. I got good vibes off Jill and watched her the entire weekend, she never faultered in her genuineness. Jill strikes me as the sort of person I would like to live nextdoor too!

I just got a good feeling from Jill about this system. One day I hope to meet her ( I am not generally star struck but she rocks...lol)

Namaste,
Nancy

I was doing a search to find something to help me get more oxygen. For a little while I had felt that I was just not getting enough air inside me when I breathed. I found a couple of things and one was this Oxycise website. Now I know what had been missing.

I have learned how to breathe better and deeper. I am feeling so much better now.

SmileKelly, I voted for Parade magazine. I saw the ad and thought it was 2good2betrue but thought I would try it. Well, L1 led to L2 and then 3, 4, Abs and upper body, then Buns and Thighs.I use all of them but I always go back to L3 and L4.

As for me, Parade Magazine! Jeans words came right out of my mouth. Ditto on everything she said word for word. How weird is that?

Good afternoon!
I learned about Oxycise! from my 57 yo aunt who has had great success. She was not obese, but has carried probably 20-30 extra pounds around for years. She said she is the smallest she has been since she had her babies 23 years ago, and she looks great! Smile I was encouraged b/c she has never been real active or athletic and commiserated with me on a recent visit about the inconvenience going to the gym, getting out in the weather, bouncing around to aerobic videos, etc., etc., all the things that make Oxycise! so inviting Big Grin I would NEVER have bought it from an ad b/c it DOES sound too good to be true, but IT IS WORKING FOR ME Smile

I discovered Oxycise from a library video. I had decided that I had to do something to loose this weight, and to have more energy. It was too difficult to go to a gym on a regular basis. In otherwords, I could make lots of excuses, for skipping! Red Face So I decided that I needed to find something to do at home.

Our library has a large variety of fitness videos and I kept trying different ones. The dance type, etc. just isn't me. Then I tried Oxycise, I liked the genuineness of Jill and the others on the tape. Then I found the web site, I read how others were doing. I looked at the Smiles of Success and read all of the stories. Finally, I took the plunge and bought the tapes. I am so glad that I did. It really is true Oxycise does work!

I'm like Vicki, I don't think I would have bought it from an ad, because it seems to good to be true. I'm also glad to say it is WORKING for ME!!!

For Me it was the shopping channel here in Canada however, I have to admit they sat for about six months until I picked them up and used them and O.
The rest is history! Big Grin

Kelly, this is a fun poll. I voted, but was told that I had already voted in the past (ha, ha!). Had forgotten about that.

I found out about Oxy from an acquaintance who raved about it. Based on what she said, I went to the Web site and bought the tapes, but guess what? They sat on a shelf for probably two years. Then--when apparently the time was right--they came off the shelf and have been in use, more or less, ever since. I think that even if they didn't help me tone up, I would have to use the tapes for the mental uplift alone.

I have recommended it to a lot of people since.
