Hi everyone. My nickname is Mamabear. I just started my oxycise this morning. I'd like to lose at least twenty pounds and about twenty-five inches. Is this a realistic goal for oxycise? I oxycised years ago and had really good results but I didn't need to lose as much then. When should I start to see results? I'm not really sure how to navigate this chat room.

I am new too but have done oxycise a few times before over the years, I dont know much about the chatroom yet, I am still figuring it out myselfSmile But I did want to say that I do think that you will have alot of luck with oxycise for 20-25 lbs, I think oxycise in my experince has helped me no matter how much I had to loose. My problem has been sticking with it! BUT I will say this and this is just my opinion, oxycise has helped me in the past really tone up and feel better and tighten up looser skin, not all the way, but defintly firmer, and given me tons more energy, and loose a few lbs and way more so inches, but for me..and like I said..this is just me..I still had to change my eatting habits. But I needed to do that for health reasons anyways, I had HORRIBLE eatting problems and sugar addictions and EVEN if oxycise had whipped off 20 lbs and left me all skinny and hot looking, the truth is I still would of been unhealthy and wouldnt of been able to enjoy being thin, not really.
And it took me a long time to get that through my head. I did yoga alot back in the day, I would pay for the classes, get super in touch with my body, senses, spirituality, then go out on the weekend, over drink, over eat super sugary, starchy complete and utter fast food junk food, little debbies, the works, and its just counterproductive. So I always say if you care enough about your body to give it oxygen, to commit to doing oxycise, then give healthier eatting a shot too, you dont have to go all out, I did once, I went from a junk food junkie to a vegan and I wasnt able to stick with it because it was too extreme of a change. over the years I have learned how to enjoy real, not over processed, nutrient enriched foods that really taste good. I do mainly low carb, but not strictly, I just simply eat good foods in variety and I have some lil treats in moderation. And I think if anyone does that ..eats basically healthy, dont have to go overboard, but just basically healthy good for you foods and watches your basic porportion size , and adds oxycise then yes I think the oxycise will compliment the healthy eatting and be able to do wonders. And I can even say that when I was a junk food junkie I still did loose inches with oxycise, but no I didnt see the scale really moving that much and I cant say even with the lost inches that I was really healthy, I know we all want to look good, but dont forget there are alot of thin ppl in the world who are able to eat junk due to high metabolism..but how is their hair? how is their skin? how well do they age..thats the big one for me, I have some good genes, my mom is nearing 50 and is still amazing looking, my grandmother is 84 and still rather good looking for that age..I want to keep that..I dont want to look 50 at 30 you know? And although I think oxycise helps with that, eatting healthy foods is the best way to age gracefully, healthfully and keep the doctor away. Healthy eatting can save you thousands in medical care on down the line..so you can be thin and look good and have more money to spend on showing it off instead of sitting in a doctors office you know?
So thats why I think its so important that even if oxycise alone without diet changes can and does work for alot of ppl, I still think for all of our futures and presents its important to take even baby steps, small changes in our diets. Just tiny simple ones even often lead to a great path.
