Hi my name is Jessa, I was here once ..about a year ago I bet and then once before that..probabbly about a year before that..
I have always had luck with oxycise but for some reason I always end up slacking off and not doing it, I dont know why that is, but I am here AGAIN, trying to make it a daily habit again. This time I am doing low carb though, even when I did eat junk and stuff, oxycise still worked some but I would always reach a *stall* with it and I really think it was because I would start eatting junk food badly and stall it out, so I am back eatting low carb and healthy and now going to add oxycise to that! Just wanted to say hi and hope everyone is doing well! Jessa |

Welcome Jessa,
Glad to have you back I have found that it really helps me to stay on track, by posting on the D2L thread every day. There are so many people there who will encourage you. Sharon |

Hey Jessa,
I would start and stop too - always after noticing a difference though. For me - it always seemed too good to be true - only 15 minutes a day. I felt like I wasn't doing 'real' exercise - although there were real results. I know that different things work for different people and it's a matter of finding it and sticking to it. I am finally just going to accept that O! is something that works for my body and I don't have to kill myself at a gym or on elliptical machines and waste time as well. I'm starting to do it again today and hopefully I will be as successful as I was in the past! (25lbs. in about 3 months). ~janelle~ |
