How long do I need to wait after surgery before Oxycising again? It will be a hysterectomy or myomectomy surgery. Horizontal incision (bikini incision)

I just had surgery myself. the first thing you need to do is ask your surgion. But I can tell you that it takes 6 weeks for optimum cell regeneration. Your insisions and such will be as strong as they are going to get at 6 weeks. that is why most say to waite on doing your exercise routines untill it has been 6 weeks. I tryed a little too early and I was REALLY sore. so I would say waite as long as they tell you dont push it.

WAit the requisite 6 weeks, just walk a little outside for fresh air when you are up to it. I have had 5 abdominal surgeries so believe me when I say don't do anymore than normal walking around until the time is up! Your doctor will tell you his instructions so follow them and you will be fine.
