I noticed that there is a buy 1 get 1 free special going on until the end of December, and I need your help with the decision of which to buy.

What is the difference between L2,L3,L4? Do they get harder, or just different moves? If you have tried the Abs/Upper body, & Buns/Thighs which do you prefer? I wish I could afford all of them! Big Grin

(I only have L1.)

For every person you ask, you'll probably get a different answer. Here is my opinion, though....

Once you've mastered L1, you can go on to any of the other tapes. The "level" tapes don't have to be done in any specific order. They are just different positions. Some positions are a little more challenging than others, but all of them work the entire body.

I need more help with my torso than my buns or thighs.....so, I like Ab&UB better than the B&TH tapes.

If I were choosing.....I would get L2 and Ab&UB. (followed closely by L3) They're all great, though....so you really can't go wrong with any of them!

What a great offer isn't it! I just bought my mom and mother in law the easy does it series a few weeks ago - wish this offer was out then! Oh well... Wendy, I have L1,L2, B&T, and Abs&UB. To be honest, I always seem to resort back to L1. L2 has a lot of different stretch's, and there are some I incorporate with L1, but I feel it is harder to breath, a little harder workout maybe, and I tend "not" to look forward to doing that tape. That's just me personally now! I look forward to doing L1, and to me that is what is important. Unlike Kelly, I could use the B&T workout Razz Smile,but again - it's a workout! I love the ABS &UB Smile there is some really great new stretch's in that one that don't make me work to hard! I feel it is like a total body work out, not just UB. It is the one I like to change out with after L1! Hope this helped? Eek Confused Smile

It has been such along time since I have done it,because it broke.. But, I remember liking Bun and thigh 1. I also think that level 3 is great. Actually I like them all. I guess I am really no help. LOL
