Hi guys -

I have the book and I have tape 1 on tape (which doesn't work at the moment) and I don't really like that first lesson much.

I also have EDI-2 and I like it but it's on tape as well and again, can't use it.

I'm a pear shape, all my weight is in my hips and thighs. I'm trying to decide what to buy and I was thinking of buns & thighs ..

What positions on are on the buns/thighs workout? Is it mostly standing/wall or is there floor too?

I have a hard time with the wall exercises because I don't really HAVE an easily accessible wall.

Thoughts?

Considering my abs are my problem area, it's been awhile since I've done my B&TH tapes. However, looking at the cards on them, I think you would be better off with the first workout. The second tape has some wall postions that I remember taking quite a bit of space. The first B&TH has 3 standing, 9 Hold-the-bar, 6 On-Your-Knees-Chair, and 12 on-the-floor. I do remember them being rather "killer" workouts! That might also be due to the fact I had a disease in my hip as a child and some of the positions in those tapes hurt. I would always have to do some substitutions.

Someone else may be able to give you a better idea.

Thanks Kelly.

I don't have a lot of issues with my midsection, it's the place I lose weight first and tone up quick there, go figure Razz
