Hi, I came over to this website from another website where they were discussing the BodyFlex. From some of the information I read here, it seems like the bodyflex breathing gives you acid or bloating? As it is, I have a real problem with my stomach, I have to take Prevacid and even then, sometimes, I still have problems. So I would hate to add on more acid thru breathing. Is it the same with Oxycise? Plus, one more important thing for me is, I do not want to lose weight! I am at the right weight for my height, wouldn't mind toning my arms and legs. That's why I ordered the bodyflex. One more concern, I have been drinking plain water, at least, 6 to 8 glasses a day. I drink one cup of coffee in the morning and that's my whole caffeine for the day. I don't even drink tea. I drink an herbal tea at night, other then that, I usually just drink water with my meals. I have heard that drinking a lot of water contributes to acid? Could this be true? I have noticed that since I've been drinking all his water, I do have more acid, plus I don't see any benefits for my skin. I haven't received the bodyflex yet so I would appreciate your feedback on these three concerns, 1)existing acidic stomach 2)do not want to lose weight and 3)does water contribute to more acid. I lose weight fast for any reason. So this is important for me to know. I know that oxygen is good for your muscles and for your whole body, a massage therapist once told me that oxygen is what heals the muscles. I had chronic muscle pain in my neck, back, and shoulder so she told me, that they try and get the muscle to relax and learn to stay in that position so that the oxygen can get to it. Thanks in advance for any info.
I just started body flex and so far I haven't ha any problems with it. I feel great when I do it. I am also looking at oxycise too, because you are not suppose to do body flex when pregnant for some reason, but you can do oxycise. We may be trying in the next year. So I want to see my options. What website were you on before with the body flexers. I would like to hear there feed back. I have heard mixed reviews on both. I would say about 90% liked the body flex for the way it made them feel and about 80% lost inches. I looked at a few sites I could find. But I still am open to hear more pros and cons.

I don't really know much about Body Flex..I tried it once watching a friend's tape but I didn't like it. As far as the "not doing Body Flex when you're pregnant" thing...what I've read is it's because with Body Flex you actually hold your breath and that's not good for the baby. With Oxycise you blow right back out. But...I'm no expert...hopefully someone who has done both can help you more!
