Hi Everyone. I just ordered the "O" and I've been doing the exercise that was in First magazine and can't wait to get the CD's. I hope I'm doing it right! Reading about your success with this program is very encouraging. I've tried alot of things but with little success. I'm looking forward to reading about your success and hope to post my own very soon.
