I has started Oxycise Summer of 2001, and lost several inches and over 10 pounds
Part Today 1/12/03 chest--42 from 43 waist--40 from 44 hips--43 from 44.5 thigh--25.5 from 26 I do feel firmer, particularly in abdomen, and have felt increase in energy. When I stopped smoking 6 years ago, a Web site message board was very useful for me, and I hope this will help me as I work to get back to 155 this year. Sam |

FYI, I meant that I "had"
Just a typo. Weather has been warm here--I'm near Denver. Today is closer to what it should be, but I still had a nice walk with my black lab. I try to get an hour walk with her every day in addition to doing the Oxycise. I was not aware until reading messages here, however, that you should duplicate Oxycise once a week. Also, I'm curious about the level 2 & 3 workouts. Anyone have suggestions on whet it is appropriate to move on to the next level? Thanks again, Sam |
