Hello,
I am returning to Oxycise after foolishly giving it up. I used to do Oxycise and BodyFlex and went from a size 18 to 12. I have maintain the size 12 for a long time but have started creeping up and now more comfortable with 14 to 16. I have been back with Oxycise for a week now and I love it! I do the comuter routine on the way to work and on my way home. We have a fitness center at work so at lunch I get on the treadmill and walk while doing Oxycise breaths. I do weights while doing Oxycise breaths. After 1 week, I gained 2lbs, but my clothes are not as tight and I can see a difference in my face, not to mention how much better I feel. I'm I doing too much or is this ok as long as I enjoy it? Thanks for being here. I hope to post some great results soon. God bless, Jaydell |

Hello Jaydell. Welcome back. Hello everyone! I've missed a few days posting. Not much new to report. Weight has stayed the same so I guess that's a good thing. Eating has been good but, as usual, water needs improvement.

Hi! Ladies,
I'm new to the board and also just got back on track with my routine and just want a little input as to the best way to utilize the program?So far I'm Oxycisizing 6-days a week along with my boot camp work out with toning cords. That way I could enjoy the benefits that would come all around once losing the weight and by the way I was already doing the boot camp before adding on O. |

I am happy to hear that you are returning to Oxycise! I just wanted to let you know that it is absolutely fine to Oxycise! as often as you wish. Jill recommends Oxycising 2-3 times a day to really accelerate your results. You just want to be careful not to burn yourself out! That is great that you are already noticing positive changes. Hello everyone,
Today I've been bad. Ate at Dennys before going to work this afternoon. Let me just say that I did NOT have salad. At work this evening there was a birthday dinner for three employees. I was kinda full by the time I got back to work. Oh well...such is life. Back on the straignt and narrow tommorow. How is everyone doing? Six more days in the challenge. Hey!
Your so right I actually shop in Bloomfield as well, in fact I'm heading to Brookdale Shoprite in a little bit. Not only have I come back to Oxycise but I also have made very important changes towards my eating habits and so I need to restock on a few items needed to continue to make my body healthy and strong, because at this point I can't ever see my self UNWELL and UNFIT again.... |

My favorite way of navigating the board is to click on "find" at the top. Then, from that drop down I click on "New Since your Last Visit". That way I can see all the posts that have been made anywhere on the board since my last time here. |

I'll be honest and tell you I got totally complacent with my eating last year and ended up gaining a good 20-25 pounds. I'm working now on getting some of that off. I had actually gotten a little too low (my DD said my neck, arms & legs were looking too thin) so I would really just like to lose about 15 pounds. There's never a "magic bullet", so I'm a firm believer that you have to monitor your food intake in addition to Oxycise. For me, it's all about portion control! |

Thanks for responding to my message I actually saw your success story 1st, before I found out who you were. Which didn't happen until yesterday it never occurred to me that you were the same Kelly, but now that I'm aware,what a blessing it is to get to converse with someone who's been their and knows the ups and down and everything in between. Kelly how many times a day or day's do you Oxycise because right now I'm at 6 day's a week once a day? |
