Can someone give me some guidelines for deciding which is more appropriate, the regular or the Easy Does It videos? Currently, I'm in my 3rd week of using the Level 1 EDI, and I'm thinking that it won't be long before I want to order one or more videos to expand what I'm doing now.

I don't really have any reason that I need to use EDI other than that I'm uncoordinated and quite overweight. I do other aerobic exercise and strength training and I don't have any injuries of any kind or any health issues.

Am I silly to stick with the EDI series? Should I hop on over to the regular? If so, any recommendations as to which one(s)?

I started out with the L1 for awhile till i felt like i was doing well with it.L2 is also good i still continue to do both, L3 does have some reps with foot on chair, but u can substitute any time u want till u feel your balance is good.or u could have another chair behind where u are standing for support with the other hand to hold on to.
As far as the EDI it is the best i think for the breathing techniques.I have them all, just have not went into L4 yet or the buns & theighs.
I enjoy it all & love the results. Good luck we have a great support group behind u. Big Grin
