Hi guys,
I'm curious, what is the difference in the different levels of the EDI series? I have Level 2 and have been using it, but would like to purchase the other tapes but don't want to spend money on something that I essentially already have. The exercises on EDI2 are: Basic Sit, Reach & Bend, Straddle, Front Elbow Pull, Forearm Stretch, Sit & Twist, Leg Front, Leg Side, Leg Back, Sink & Press, Up on Toes, King Tut, Up on Toes (King Tut style), Overhead Reach, Wall Lean, Climb the Wall. Thanks, Tracey~ |

Tracey, the basic difference (I have EDI 1 & 2) is the positions--it gives you variety. There is more leaning and stretching on the 2, whereas the 1 is a little calmer. I think they're meant to "stairstep" up, so since you've already got the 2 and are satisfied with it, no real need to go "backward" and get the 1. A few different positions--and 1 is good for times when you're sore or achey and don't want to push too hard, or if you're very tired and don't feel the gusto to get into too "demanding" of a workout at the time. (It includes optional lying-down-on-your-bed positions--which I love!)
You might get EDI1 on a special or sale if you absolutely want to, but no need. Katherine Live like there's no tomorrow Eat like everyone's watching Breathe like you're on a respirator! |
