Hi,

I have just started with Oxycise.

I notice that after about five minutes, my feet, especially the top, feels cold and 'pins and needles.' It does go away when I stop. Does anyone notice this?

I did look to see if anyone had mentioned this previously.

now to your situation. I don't know why this coldness and tingling but wonder: do you wear tight shoes while exercising? I know that sounds like a lame question, but Smile

also it wouldn't hurt to simply ask your doctor. Could be circulation difficulty or something none of us could think of.

then again, someone else on this message board, who has had alot more experience, may have just the answer for you. So hang tight for a few days, okay?

Diz Liz,

Welcome too! I used to have tingling in my hands often when I excercised(before I did O!). I've come to realise it's just my body's attempt to open the pores and sweat! Don't know abt coldness, though my feet are always freezing when I hop in bed!LOL! Sorry that doesn't answer your question.

What I have learned is that the breathing must be combined with muscle activity.

Hi Everyone,

Wanted to wish all of you a wonderful long holiday week-end. Remember to make time for O. I am still doing it 7 days a week even without the tape, Although it is a bit less motivating....I don't want to stop now. I am giving it a full 3 months before I make any judgements. I am hoping I am getting healthy from within first. Hang in there and keep breathing! (PS Stay dry)

Hi all and Vicki1: hang in there lady. It's taken me 3 months to really start seeing results. I'm still do the O myself. Don't get discourage, it's easy to do. But the ladies and I will help you hang in there. Just don't give up. I do it every morning before work. I realize it can get tough not seeing it like you like. But it will happen.

Thanks for the encouragement. As you know,sometimes you think you'll never see the results. But, if you say it took 3 months for you then I am determined to keep it up. I have been doing it without the tape and it isn't too bad. Last night was the first time I skipped it, I got home late and was just too exhausted.

Ladies......Have a nice, relaxing holiday week-end. Don't forget to make time to O.

Hi Vicki: Yes, girl hang in there. Our goal is to lose the weight, it's not about how fast it comes off, we just want to take it off and keep it off. Reminder: the faster it comes off, the quicker it comes back. your body probally just needs time to adjust like mine did. Sometimes you have to give it a boast also. If you are doing it 1 x a day, try 2 x daily or 2x every other day. This will boost it up as well.

I'm not o'ing today, it's my day off. 7 days already tomorrow is my start back day. have a wonderful holiday all.
