Hi, I am new to Oxycise (have tried it on and off for a while) and had a question. Is it effective if you break the workout up throughout the day? Is it more effective to do the entire workout at once?

Hello, Jaob and welcome. I am fairly new myself. Others have asked this same question and the answer is yes, it is o.k. to break the workout up. As long as you get your 30 reps in, that's fine.
Also, anytime you can get some extra breaths in, please do so. It can only help. Sometimes I have to do a rep here and a rep there until I get the entire 30 done. I do plenty of extra breaths throughout the day. Also, please use the "FIND" button to enter keywords to find answers to any questions you might have. It is also effective to break the workout up. Sometimes I just do a third of the workout at a time if I am busy and will have trouble fitting it in all at once. Thanks Rich and Shari! I plan to search the site but I guess I was excited to have an answer to my question. I had visited this site years ago and it has REALLY expanded since then! It is exciting to see. I have prayed on this being the exercise that I could really stick to. Thanks again for your help!

Hi Jaob,
Shari and Rich are correct, it is absolutely fine to break up the workout. I think it's one of the many great things about Oxycise!. You don't need to warm up or cool down, so you really can split it up throughout the day. Which also means that you can't make the excuse of not having the time! Plus, if you are able to fit extra breaths in throughout the day, you will really jumpstart your metabolism and lose weight even faster! Good luck to you! Kirstine Oxycise! Staff |
