I've been doing Oxycise since Aug of this year and upped the routine to twice a day about a month ago, I do breath better but no inch loss. After the routine my stomach, legs and arm Frown muscles are sore but no results yet. Any ideas? I sure would like to see something.

Don't give up!

Some people DO see results quickly... others have results happen gradually, and some experience slower changes.

Every body is different and responds differently.

Some customers will see toning first... others see measureable weight loss. Some customers have measured inch loss and changes in body fat percentage without losing weight.

But we really feel that Oxycise! will benefit everyone who does it faithfully and consistently.

I have posted some breathing tips in the "Announcements" section. Let me know if you have questions!

Julie; Thank you. I won't give up. Smile I'm a really slow lose, I've lost 3 lbs since April, so maybe Oxycise will take longer than usual.
I can really feel my diaphragm opening up when I do Oxycise so I will be more patient.
