Okay here is the thing. I have been doing GREAT on O. but we have been having a realy BAD wind storm in Alaska.. and the dust has picket up all over... it is to the point that my son with Asthma isnt even aloud to leave the house... So Now that I am doing all this deap breathing.... heh... now my lungs are hurting like you wouldnt believe.. What do I do. I want to keep up the O. but I am worried that my lungs wont do it.. and my throat is sore as ever. so were do I go from here. anything that you might be able to help with would be great.

Well, maybe you could try to do 5-10 positions at a time. And do them throughout the day until you get to 30. I haven't had a sore throat when I've done O, but I do get a stuffy nose occasionally! If it's really bad, I use a nasal spray so I can breathe! But if you're really having problems, just take a day or two off!
