Hi! Welcome to Oxycise and the message board!

I'm afraid there aren't set answers to some of your questions. You'll find folks using a variety of eating plans on here....some no eating plan at all! It also varies from person to person how fast you will lose weight/inches. You might want to e-mail julie@oxycise.com for the breathing tips. They really help!

As for the three-day cleanse....do you have the "Fuel For Success" book? It is a great reference book and worth purchasing. If not, the cleanse has been summarized on here in a few posts. I'm not exactly sure, but try looking back in either the General Discussion area or the Question and Answer area. It would be in a thread with that topic as the title.

Good luck starting your Oxycise tomorrow!

I hope you find a combination that works well for you! Some use Weight Watchers, Diet Power, Atkins, strict natural food diets, etc. Some just do Oxycise. I tried to lose without changing my eating plan, but didn't have good results. I use the Change One plan from Reader's Digest, and am very happy with that. The most important part is to Oxycise with gusto!

I'm a severe carbohydrate addict, so I use the Carbohydrate Addict's diet. Things like fruit and grains and certain vegetables, although healthy and beneficial for some people, cause me to have excess insulin released into my bloodstream and make my blood pressure rise ... very dangerous for me. I hear that Fuel for Success is absolutely wonderful, however, so if you don't have the same risk I do, check it out ... it's been a very beneficial tool for an awful lot of folks.
