Welcome to our little corner of the Web, Susie! I don't know much about Fibromyalgia, but I hope you won't give up!!! I KNOW that Oxycise is very beneficial, and I think it will help you, too!!!

Please join us on the daily thread, called D2L, for "determined to lose". There are some wonderful ladies who post there.

If you have Fibromyalgia it is important that regular gentle exercise be done to retain flexibility. It may be hard at first but keep at the Oxycise and maybe try some TaiChi. I knew someone once who improved dramatically once she started doing Tai Chi. I am restarting Oxycise as of yesterday after a number of years and I already have a noteable increase in energy !

It sounds like the Oxycise! program will be great for you.

We actually have a whole section of testimonials from Oxycise! users who have seen an improvement with fibromyalgia.

Check them out by clicking the link below! I think you will find the stories inspiring.

Thank you Kristine...I really appreciate the response and I was so glad to read the stories. I wrote you this in another response but I've been excercising almost every day, and if not I do get in the breathing because I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER...it is like a MIRACLE....I haven't taken any pictures or weighed myself or measured because I have dreaded all three for many many years but I can FEEL the diference in how my clothes fit and I have developed a better posture!!!! Thank you you all so much!

I hear you on the motivation issue. I have the tape ready to go and turn off the Today show at 9a.m.and Oxycise. Fortunately for me, my time is my own most days at that hour but I slacked off when I was doing it before soooo...I think the messaging will help keep me focused.
