Hi there, I just ordered my tapes the other day and am excited to get started.

I was just curious, how many of you do oxycise alone? Or do most of you use it in conjuction with other programs like Weight Watchers, Atkins, or different exercise programs?

You all seem like a nice bunch! Thanks in advance.

I just use Oxycise, but I also like to go for walks with my children when the weather permits. For guidelines as to how many calories and what kind of foods to eat, I use the Change One plan from Reader's Digest. It's not a "diet", but an outline of how to eat so you can lose. It's sure worked for me! I hope you have wonderful results with Oxycise!

I don't do oxycise alone, yet I do try to do it daily. I personally need to add to it. I try to mix things up. Walking is something I have always loved to do, so it's usually that. I also try to watch what I eat. Doing the Atkins Program (again), but not as strict this time.
Basically I'm just trying to be more interested in other things so I won't have food/weight issues be my focus in life.

Hi Tofogchick! Welcome to the board.

Oxycise is the only thing I do consistently. The first year (when I had my best results) I concentrated on eating properly and only used Oxycise as my exercise. I sometimes do walk videos now, but haven't in several weeks.

Hi! I do Weight Watchers and I love it! I like it because its not a diet, it really is a lifestyle change (as long as I stay with it for maintaining instead of going back to overeating). And I can eat anything I want because there are no food restrictions. I also love the meetings because they give so much support and meal ideas. I definitely recommend it.

I've used only O! since Sept 2002 & I've lost 29 lbs. I've only recently started ChangeOne to get an outline for healthy eating.
