does it take to learn the breathing? I just ordered the tapes this week. While I'm waiting for the package to arrive, I've been reading some of the posts, and many people talk about needing to learn the breathing technique first, before doing the routines. How difficult is it to learn the breathing?

Hi! It took me about a week to feel totally at ease with it. I had it down after a couple of days, but still had to think about each basic part. Others may have learned it more quickly, but I wasn't used to the diaphramic breathing. I'm sure you'll do fine!
