Does anyone else cough up alot of fluids doing the breathing? I deal with a lot of sinus/allergy issues and O is really good at helping me clear my lungs/nasal passages but it's roughing going at it...especially since I've had the flu the past few weeks.

If I would continue doing it on a regular basis I would keep ahead of the game but I keep stopping. I'm hoping connecting here will keep me encouraged. I would appreciate hearing anyone else's story with near COPD kind of conditions.
