I wasn't sure where to put this question. In the last e-mail newsletter, medication was mentioned as possibly effecting O. I take Inderal for Migraines and I notice when I get off the floor from floor to standing exercises I am very dizy. Is this the result of breathing incorrectly or the medication or both. I've watched the introduction video several times and I feel like I have the techniques down but I wasn't sure about why I would have the lighthead. Anyone?

Suebee, I wonder if you should post this question under questions for Julie. I really don't have any idea if it would be the meds or not.
