Hi, everyone. I have a question for you. I am doing Oxycise! L1 7 days/wk, along w/ a 2-mile walking/strength-training tape w/ 3-lb weights 3-5 days/wk. I'm consistently losing inches wkly, however, I've noticed I haven't lost inches in my thighs & arms for 4 wks now. Everywhere else I am. Why is that? Am I just building lean muscle mass in my arms & legs now, and eventually will start losing inches once the muscle mass building slows down? That's the only conclusion I can come up with. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!

I haven't been measuring my arms, but I have noticed that my thigh measurement was real slow to change. However, since Jan., I have lost 3 inches there, so I think yours will change, too.
