Hey! I'm losing well in the upper chest & upper abs but my hips now seem huge! Plus I still have a flabby "apron" belly I want to get rid of. I know I'm losing but I seem out of balance know. What can I do to work on my apron & hips? Which O! positions help there?

Shelby,
I feel that most of the positions on the floor in level 1 are really good for hips. (Level 1 is all I have.) I'll have to admit that I "cheat" and use some of the positions from the t-tapp website with the Oxybreaths. If you go to that website, www.t-tapp.com, there's a tab to look before you buy, and off of that link there's an "awesome legs" list. I feel like they've been beneficial, and Jill may have similar ones, but since I've never seen any of the videos, I wouldn't know.

I'm sure that things will all balance out again, with continued effort. I think you've done so well, and I'm proud of you!

Shelby, do you have either of the Buns & Thighs O! tapes? I didn't use those tapes much, but I remember they really worked the hips.

I've been working on that "apron" myself for quite some time. I'm starting to think it will never disappear! Mad I still think the stretches and "ab" positions are best for that.

No I don't have B&T. That's why I'm looking for ideas. I suppose just the breath should help the apron, right?
