Okay, on level 1 Jill reminds us to tighten and tuck...but when do you relax? I feel like I'm always trying to keep the pelvic tilt/bun tuck going. HELP! Big Grin

Hi SJ,

You relax when you do the 1st inhale. It goes like this:

1. Relax & inhale (big smile Big Grin )
2. Lift & tuck
3. 3 sniffs (still lifted & tucked) Eek
4. exhale hard (still lifted & tucked)
5. 3 puffs (still lifted & tucked)
Then you start #1 over again. At least that is the way I understand it and it seems to work for me. Hope this helps.
