I was just wondering if anyone has experienced fewer migraines after starting oxycise. I try everything but still occassionally have one. I'm 59 and was told they would stop after menopause-Ha! No such luck. My migraines start out with visual disturbances and seem to come out of nowhere. Any response will be appreciated.

I'm not certain there is any way to actually prevent migraines, there are ways of relieving them.

Yes, there are a lot of people who experience relief from consistent use of Oxycise. Also, there are those who can breathe their way out of a migraine. I've had luck with just doing large inhales through the nose and slow exhale (twice as long as the inhale) through the mouth. If I can't get to the breathing stage (too much pain for that effort) then I'll put a hot washcloth on my eyes and that often helps.

I also use essential oils to help with headaches. Some of the best oils are, helichrysum (hard to find and very expensive), a mixture of rosemary, peppermint, basil, melissa (hard to find), lavender, ylang ylang, german chammomile, eucalyptus radiata or majoram. There are also blends of oils you can buy (which I sell) that are specifically for migraines.

Something to think about .. migraines can be caused by poor digestion or colon congestion.

Interesting that you commented about poor digestion/colon digestion, Tracey, b/c I was just going to write that migraines can be a result of fungal/yeast overgrowth in the body too: too many carbs and starches in the diet. Feverfew (herb) is said to be good for eliminating migraines, but I'd also try eliminiating/cutting way back on all simple carbs and sugar (not exactly the best time of year for that advise!).

Katherine,

I'm of the belief that every suffers from stuffed up colons *G* and yeast issues. It's a very difficult transition to make and it's one a lot of people just aren't willing to do.

There are also beliefs that an acidic body is the cause of being overweight, illness and other problems. The issue to tackle there is getting the body into a more alkaline state. This can be accomplished by eliminating sugars, yeasts, processed foods, etc and eating a largely green diet. This is not easy -- though I feel great when I do it.

Anyway, something I have noticed on the elimination front, doing Oxycise helps me be more regular. I believe it's because of the intestinal massage I get everytime I do a breath.

Tracey!
