Hi, I've a few questions to ask.

The oxycise process - inhale, lift, sniff 3x, exhale, blow 3x

When do i "un-lift" (relax the abdomen, pelvis)? Alongside when I'm exhaling or after I've exhaled?

How long shld one process be? Abt 10 sec?

Hi Chub!
I do my relaxing after the exhale. I think the amount of time the whole process takes varies as to how comfortable you are with the program. I can do it all much more quickly now than I could at the beginning. Don't rush yourself! Take the time you need...and if necessary, don't use the video at first (I didn't). Just work with a few of the positions and do them over and over (til you reach 30) to help yourself get comfortable with the breath. It will all come naturally in no time!

hi, thanks. i reckon tt we shld relax only after exhale becos she says tt when exhale, the stomach is in and when inhale, stomach is out. when we're lifting, stomach definitely in, so only after we exhaled, then we can relax.

i've only got the book. no video. today is my 2nd day only. i took quite a while to finish the 30 rep. think probably 30min. i'll try to persevere on.

how long hv u been practising? do u see any results yet?

"UN-lift" when you inhale, with relaxed abdominal muscles. Then tighten your abs as you do the exhale.

Practice the breathing as slowly as you need to.
The "Easy Does It" workouts move more slowly than the original Level 1, Level 2, etc.

It's not how fast or slow you breathe that matters, it's how effectively you do it.

Happy Breathing!
