I just stumbled upon Oxycise today and am quite interested. I noticed in reading that some don't use the videos, but only use the book. Personally, I hate exercising to videos, so I am leaning toward not purchasing the videos. I realize there are several levels of videos. Does the book cover all the levels, or does it just cover level one?

Thanks! Big Grin

Hello! The book only covers level 1, but that's all you need to be able to learn and use Oxycise. The videos add variety, and as you learn more positions you will have more flexibility. I only use the book, and some positions I have found in magazines and websites, and have nearly reached my weight loss goal. Hope you decide to try Oxycise! and have wonderful results!

Well, I sure hate to put more money into it than necessary. I'll probably buy the book and if it goes well, look into the more advanced videos. Is there only one book? Maybe she should do a higher level book.

Anyway, how much weight did you lose and how long did it take you? Did you just oxycise, or did you do some sort of diet and further exercises?

Thanks!

I've lost 68 pounds in one year's time. I use the Change One plan from Reader's Digest, which isn't really a diet, but just a guideline for calories. I am 47, and have 5 children, and thought I would be fat for the rest of my life, so Oxycise has been a life-altering experience for which I am thankful! Big Grin I am just 3 pounds from my goal.

It would be very nice to have another book with the higher levels in it! Maybe we should let Jill know that we want that. Wink

I will have to say that the $15.00 or so that I spent on my book was one of the best investments I've ever made!!!
