I've got this horrible spare tire right above my navel that defies any previous exercises I've done. I'm toning with O in every other place, but this "overhang" remains.
What specific Oxycise positions should I do to concentrate on this particular area?
It looks terrible and I always have to wind up wearing oversized shirts to cover it.
(Peri-menopause is no fun! It seems that my fat deposits have taken on a life of their own since hitting 45) S.O.S.

Hi Janice... I had to laugh at your comment about your fat deposits. I can relate!!! My belly and midsection are my absolute worst spot. Of course it's an ongoing process, but I always feel like I'm working that area best any time I'm doing positions that stretch above my head....like "soaring" from L3 or even the "torpedo" positions.

What do the rest of y'all think?

Hi Janice,

Welcome from me, too. I really don't know how to answer your question, so that's why I didn't say anything! Wink I just use Jill's book, which is level 1, and I lost from every part of my body. My problem area is the hips and thighs, though, so I tend to concentrate on the positions that work those areas.

Good luck with O!

Welcome Janice!

I have noticed on myself that just doing the 3 extra sniffs after each breath really pulls in my upper abs. Really try pulling in on those sniffs & see if they don't give that part a real work out each time.

I'm having a harder time firmimg up my lower abs. I have this "fat deposit" down there that doesn't seem to want to leave.Roll Eyes

Come join us on the D2L. We have lots of support over there.
