Did anyone else GAIN a little the first week or two they did Oxycise? I'm just wondering if it's because of building muscle, water weight or the (ahem) weekend I had. (Or all 3!)

Kirsten, it has happened to some. Everyone's body reacts differently. Sounds strange but drink more water to cleanse it all out. Just keep doing the breathing and exercise and eventually it will probably even itself out. Maybe you are just bloated this week from salt or time of month. Don't get discouraged and give up. It is really a great program if you can stick with it. I have been up and down with it lately and I am trying to stay up on it. Hang in there.
