I was reading the success stories and I'm very impressed by the weight loss but most of the people who said they lost "50 pounds in six months" Didn't mention how long they were doing the Oxycise videos until the weight started to drop off? They also didn't mention what level they were doing? Level one, two, three or four?

Crikey! What happened to all of the success stories that are on the website? No one is reading the forum messages? sheesh.

Sorry, I didn't notice this question before. I started losing right away, and I've only done level 1, for almost 4 years. It's worked well for me.

Most of the ladies on the success pages are no longer posting. We miss their input!!! I think our dear Kelly will be back. She's the latest success story on the listings.

Well, I didn't starting losing right away & when I did, I dropped 30 lbs over 2 years. It's long but it is STAYING off with NO effort at all!
