Can any one give me an idea of point value of activity for ww. I tried to get it from 'them' and had alot of 'nasty' comments. I think the value should be about 4. Maybe I'm wrong, but know that I've worked out for 20 min (I throw in 5 min extra when I hit the floor) and MY pulse rate at the end is always between 80 and 86 (100-120 after starting though). A resting rate for me is 64-68. This program is not new to me, I've just restarted it 3 weeks ago and have already lost 5 inchesSmile and I'm my own cheering squad!! Hope some one can help me with this. Oh yeah, I'll be starting X2 a day next Monday.

Without knowing the Weight Watchers point system, the best recommendation I can make is to rate Oxycise! at similar points to riding a stationary bicycle at a somewhat aggressive level. Of course, this implies that you are doing Oxycise! with lots of gusto.

I hope this helps! Congrats on your success so far!

Thanks for answering me. I posted on ww, and received so much guff and nasty responses to my question that I will never post there again but will continue with ww it's self. I can't say oxycise helped me loss 20 lbs, but I know that oxycise works! I did it a few years ago and had fabulous results. I'll keep posting in the future. At least the people on this site have ALWAYS been kind.

Thanks to all who responded. Kirstine, thank you helping me realize that what I gave myself for the 'points' wasn't unrealistic. I breathe with so much 'gusto' that I scare the cat away!!!. I figure that I must be doing something right to lose 5 inches in 3 weeks. Next friday will be even better. Again...love O and the wonderful people who are always there to lend an ear and support.
