Hi, joie! Everyone's body works differently, but for me, I noticed cellulite has been reduced significantly. Even though I haven't lost all the weight yet, I see much smoother legs and arms than I had before. It also seemed like I needed to do 2 or more sessions per day to see the cellulite go. So, give it a try!
Joi, I'll have to be honest and say that my cellulite isn't gone either. I wish it was! For some people, just a few weeks of Oxycise is enough to tone everything up and eliminate cellulite. We just don't all get the same results! I'm just going to keep working on toning things up with O, because I know my whole body is in so much better shape than it was! I only have Jill's book and the commuter tape. I guess I'm not sure what tape you have, whether it's the commuter tape or a video. If all you have is the commuter tape, you definitely want to get the book, but if you have a video, that's all you will need. The book is nice though. It's like having Jill explain everything so you know why she thinks things work like they do and all. Good luck! Susanna

Glad you got back with me susanna. Don't worry, we'll get rid of all the fat on our thighs and we'll be so beautiful! I bet you already are! I have the oxycise video but I'd love to have the book too. I may get it soon. Joi
