Hi Everyone! I purchased Oxycise videos many, many years ago. Are the DVD's available the same is the videos (only in DVD format)?

Hi GinKnee and welcome! I had the L1 and L2 (level 1 and level 2) videos and they are exactly the same as the DVDs.
