I was wondering how often everyone out there does O! and what kinds of results do you see? I hope to do it everyday, but right now I'm doing it every other day until I get used to doing it regularly again. Roll Eyes I've done quite a bit of traveling in the last year (which means eating junk food on the road) and now things are finally getting settled and I can regain my life back! (My husband joined the Air Force, went to training for 6 months, I drove across the country 3 times and a couple other times to neighboring states to visit friends.) This time I am determined to lose weight! I'm not planning on doing much traveling, I've become a vegetarian (which really limits fast food choices!) and I'm REALLY tired of being "fluffy". Wink

Hi LeeAnn! I've been a once a day, 6 days a week Oxyciser for almost two years now. I've had great results doing it that way. The first year, I lost 44 pounds and lots of inches! I hit a plateau for months after the first year. After not seeing any changes for awhile, my eating habits got worse and worse. I've now gained back 10 pounds plus several inches. So....it's time to regain control of my appetite!!!

Good morning LeeAnn,
I 'O' level 4 every morning (just started L4 and it's great!) and every other day I also do the abs and upper body which is a REAL good workout for me. I usually take 1 day off a week just to relax and enjoy my week of hard work. Sometimes during the day I'll do just stretches for 15 min. while watching Dr.Phil (my hero, hehehe!!!) soooo, I sorta doing alot more than I sometimes realize!!! hope this helps.

Kelly, the scale is the devil! Just remember that people usually put on 8 pounds over the holidays! I'm sure you'll lose the extra pounds quickly! (hope I do, too!)
Renee, sounds like a good idea! I have L1, 2, 3, 4, abs and upper body and buns and thighs 1. However, I always start out doing L1 to get me used to it again, then something comes up and I stop doing O for a little while. So, I'm doing L2 this week for sure! Which do you like best?

I was doing Oxycise every day for about four months, but in December I started taking one day a week off. On the weekends, when I have more time I usually try to do something else in place of or in addition to Oxycise. I was really bad on my eating over the last two weeks of December, but I am back on track now. Big Grin

Renee - Dr Phil is my hero too. As a matter of fact, it was some of the things he said that made me understand that I am "burning daylight" while wishing I were thin. Razz

Good morning...my 'favorite' is a toss up between L3 and L4. The abs and upper body is hard, but I do enjoy it.
Alicia...I'm so glad that there is some one else out there that 'gets' Dr. Phil. If you haven't got self matters I highly recommend it. It helped me see things that I have let bother me all my life in a different light.
best to all!!!
Hope you don't mind my opinion in your post LeeAnn
If not, thanks! Cool

Like Alicia, I used to O! everyday without fail. Recent events not withstanding, that is still the plan. If I can't spare 15 minutes for myself and my sanity, I'm really in a sorry shape. (No pun intended! LOL LOL )

Take care everyone, and KEEP ON BREATHIN'!

Renee,

I have all of Dr Phil's books. My husband got me the Self Matters Companion for Christmas. I haven't gotten time to get into it yet, but I will.

Hi,

I do the upper and lower body 6 times a week in the morning. I do either L1, L2, L3 or L4 in the evening about 1 - 2 hours after supper. On day 7 I do one of the levels mentioned. If I miss 1 day of oxycise I don't feel as energized. My body enjoys oxycise. When I started doing O my right leg was a bit shorter than the left. Now it's the same length. I also wear orthodics. It's taken me time to get this far, but the efforts is well worth it. I'm looking forward to the instructor home study video that Jill is working on. Take care! I'm challenged with food, too. One day at a time and I'll get this in order.
