I just started level 2. Some of the positions are a little difficult for me but I'm plodding along. This board is a little slow so I thought I'd pick up the pace by asking what everyone's favorite, gotten the most weight loss out of...Level is? Smile

I like Level 2 and BUNS and thighs 1. Level 2 just seems to go faster for me and is less boring.

There is a lot of standing positions in Level 1 that just bore me to death. LOl!

Hi!

I am very fond of Level 4, but admit to changing a few of my less-favorite positions to include favorites from other Levels. I also like Level 2 and Buns & Thighs 1.

It's hard to say if any level has accelerated the weight loss. The important thing is to do the routine every day, that is the number one priority, no matter how!

SmileI like L3 and L4 the best. I find myself using those two tapes most of all.

They are all good though. I suggest if you really enjoy O! then invest in all of them. They make good birthday gifts in my opinion.

My personal favorite is Level 3. I have them all but seem to pull out L3 the most,(when I do them, good advice Phyllis).

I just ordered Level 3 and Level 4. Big Grin Level 2 is pretty good but I'd like more stomach work in it. The leg lift in Level 1 is good for my abs.

Is anyone actually losing weight using this? I have to say my weight isn't going up anymore and I just got my TOM so I'm thinking it takes the body a while to learn how to use oxygen effeciently enough to start burning fat. I feel great though since I started using O. I feel happier, better attitude and I have more energy so it's worth it to just do even if I don't lose weight...!!
