I'm 52 and in the throes of perimenopause with all its delights. Roll Eyes

Has anyone noticed relief of symptoms using O?

Insomnia is one of those side effects and I know that on days that I do the breathing (Yes, I know I should do it every day!) I find that I tend to sleep better.

I'm also wondering if this exercise is beneficial for your hormone levels. I was told to exercise due to estrogen dominance but because of a foot issue, I currently cannot walk very much.

I'm 43, so not quite there yet, but I have noticed a significant difference in my PMS symptoms--The insomnia and moods swings aren't quite so bad, and neither is the water retention--

I just celebrated my 50th birthday. I'm not sure where the breaks are between peri, menopause, and post are, but considering my last period was 2-1/2 years ago I figure I'm pretty much "post" now.

I can't really say that O! has made a difference in any of my symptoms, but considering I've been faithful with it the entire time, who is to say the symptoms might not have been worse if I hadn't been O!ing!?!
