I am not sure about doing Oxycise twice a day. Frankly, I see nothing wrong with it! My regimen is Easy Does It, Level 1, 2, 3 and then during the day add 10 reps twice. That gives me altogether 50 reps. IF I have time, I add another 10 reps. Now the reps after doing EDI are all just breathing reps, but man! they work, too. Hopefully someone else will respond that has done regulary Oxycise more than once. But I just don't see how it would hurt to do Oxycise twice in a day. Give it a try! Your body will tell you if it wants to do that!@ |

I often pull 2 Oxycise! tapes out and do them back to back! I wish I had the tenacity to stick with it like that 5 days a week, but I do my best.

The ANSWER to your question is YES!!!! I've been doing O for about 6 months, with a little off and on in between but am back and with a vengence. I'm 6'3", weigh 325lbs and have a 54" waist. But, I do have alot of muscle tone so I don't look as big as I sound. However, let me tell you that by doing O 2x a day, you will see more impressive and faster results. It can also help you break through any plateaus. I do the workout first thing in the morning, then I'll do another 15 min workout when I get home from work. During my workday I take advantage of down time and find myself doing a few breaths with a tummy tuck every few hours or so. On my days off, if I have nothing to do but sit around the house and clean and things, I'll even do the full workout 3 or 4 times. So, if you're just sitting there watching T.V, why not do a few extra reps. You don't even have to do all the positions. You can sit or stand, whatever. Just do the breath with Gusto! and suck in that tummy while tightening the areas you really want to target. Beleive it or not, but those few extra breaths here and there actually add up to great results. And, like jill says, you can do O as much as you like. It's not like it's going to hurt you. I do my O! twice a day 5x a week and feel a LOT better for it.
I lay on the floor and do my breathing with gusto for 2 tapes back to back as I breathe better and do my abs better that way. It is the breath with gusto that counts so whichever way that works for you best is the best way for you. The best exercise for you is the one you will do! lol If I have trouble sleeping I do an extra 'dose' of O! and I get to sleep right off. O! has cured my restless leg and arm syndrome too!! If the symptoms creep up I KNOW I have not been doing my O!. Keep well and keep posting! Cheers, Nancy |

Hey Jonathan,
I just happened upon your post. It's good to hear from another guy. Do you lift weights or do other strength training? If so, what are your favorite things to do. I like doing alot of strength work. Unfortunately, cardio such as jogging or even long walking are out due to knee and ankle issues. Hope to hear from you soon. Rich |
