I just got my Oxysize package today and I feel lightheaded when trying to get my breathing right.
Any tips?

I didn't have that problem, but I think it will go away as your body adjusts to deep breathing.
I know years ago when I took child-birth classes, we would "hyperventilate" because we were breathing too fast. I don't know if this is the same thing...just guessing. Just keep practicing, and giving your body time to get used to this.

I thought I read in one of the books that that can happen if you take in more air than you push out. It used to happen to me, so I make sure I exhale as much air as I can!

I didn't have that problem...but a friend of mine did! Like LeeAnn said, make sure you're pushing that air back out hard! It should get better the more you do it!

Welcome to Oxycise SuzyQ! I agree with what they've all said....it's important to keep a good balance between your inhales and exhales.

Keep at it and it will all come naturally to you in no time!
