I have read a lot of tesimonials about all the inches that are lost. What spots are being measured? I have lost 5" (and 4 lbs.) in a month, but am only measuring 4 spots. Is this good progress or not?

I think that's wonderful for a month's worth of Oxycising!! Congrats!
I suppose everyone measures differently, but I think the main areas are chest, waist, hips, arms and legs. That's where I measure the most. Keep up the great work! Love and Prayers Helene |

I measure chest, waist, hips and thigh, but after I started I wished I had a measurement on my upper arms also...too late now! |

You're doing great!
Many of those who are reporting LOTS of inch loss are measuring lots of different places. Jill's recommendations for measuring: Chest (right under your bustline, where the lower part of your bra rests) Waist (the smallest part of your waist) Hips (Stand with feel together, measure around largest part of "buns") Leg (measure only one leg since both legs will have similar results. Stand up straight with weight on both legs and measure the largest part of your leg --- usually the upper thigh) This is from page 14 of "Chart Your Success". She gives lots of additional tips in the book. If you WANT to keep track of other areas like upper arm, calf, etc., that's fine. |

Good, I needed to know this. I was concerned that even with my recent loss of weight I was not seeing inch loss yet. I may be measuring in the wrong places. BTW I'm down a total of 9 kilos (19.8 lbs) I am not going very fast but I have not regained anything since I started! I'd like to get to 68 kilos or 150 lbs. I'm at 96 now.
