My cramps aren't as bad as yours, Lisa, but I do experience them some. Actually, doing Oxycise does help mine....also when I have lower backache from my TOM.
Hopefully, Oxycise will help yours, too!

For me, it depends on the severity of the cramps. When in a sitting position, the "lift" has aggrevated my cramps but, if you were to lay down and do the breathing, I think it would ease the pain.

Many people have claimed that Oxycise helps their pain. I am like you in that my cramps are very severe. Maybe just doing the breathing without the lift will relieve them. I might try that for my next TOM. I am so used to doing the lift that it comes natural. I know what it's like to seek relief. Pain killers don't touch my cramps and I am left to suffer (usually at work). The best thing to do is just give it a try.

I'm very lucky in that I seldom get cramps, but when I do, I find a warm heating pad helps my abdominal muscles relax a whole lot. Maybe you can try to do the breathing with a heating pad on your belly to see if that helps?

Just a thought!
