I am still in shock. And have cried.
My Sleep Apnea Dr. has asked me "when, at the end of the day and you come to reality, consider Bariatric Surgery, yes at 47BMI you surely qualify...I will give you any referal you like...either way, see you in a year..."

I went for a walk, to the bus stop 'cause my car died on a day where I had an appointment, when I returned home my ankles had swollen easily double.
My energy is Gone, I can't even open the disc case to get the Oxycise going.
I called my primary Dr. and he put me on Lasix, hoping that will hold me until Mon 8am.
Now if the pain medicine would just kick in and deal with my arm, chest and back.
I'm freaking out and tired.....I'm going to lay down now....

I'm very sorry, Desert Rose. I've said a prayer for you and hope that today dawned a little brighter for you.

DesertRose, I'm so sorry. I hope you are feeling better today. Please, take extra care today with the heat!!! Did the DR. happen to think that may have also contributed to the fluid retention, and lack of energy??

For everone else, normally it's in the 70's here. We are experiencing a three day heat wave of around 90. Know that's not much to most of you, but a twenty degree change in a day is a lot for us, especially since most homes do not have air conditioning. Eek

Desert Rose, you are in my prayers.

Desert Rose,

Are you still reading the posts? I just want you to know that I care, too. I hope you're feeling better!

Thank you for your kindness'

My primary care Dr. determined the pain medicine he had me trying caused a rare side effect, edema (20lbs worth of water) and extreme lethargy. He's uncomfortable with me taking 5 Advil 2x per day in an attempt to manage pain caused by a bone spur in my back.

The Lasix pulled the water, and my energy is finally catching up. Enough to get back on the computer, anyway.

Desert Rose I am hoping you come back in here to pick up your messages! Get that disk opened and even if you just sit and try the breathing that is a great step! I have sat down and done the breathing just to get me started...or I lie down.

The next year is going to pass anyhow so why not have it pass while you are doing your Oxycise! ? You can do it Rose, I will come back in here frequently to talk with you.

In light and love,
Nancy

Desert Rose,

I've been thinking a lot about you. You have been in my prayers.

So glad that the Lasik is helping you. Praying that the DR. will have wisdom to know what pain medicine you can take.

Take care.

Sharon
