I have the book, Mary, and I think it has lots of good information in it. I loaned mine out awhile back, so I don't have it in front of me to refresh my memory on what all is in it. However, I do remember it inspiring me greatly when I first read it. Jill outlines her eating plan in which she rates foods with an A,B,C, D or F....just like in school. She then recommends that you keep a good GPA (gradepoint average) in order to lose or maintain weight. The A group includes fresh fruits, veggies, etc., B adds grains, potatoes, etc. and so on. She describes something called the 3-day cleanse which I've done several times in which you eat nothing but A foods for 3 days. If you put "3-day cleanse" into the search feature of the pulldown menu under "find" you'll see several threads where the cleanse has been discussed. You could also try that with Fuel For Success to see if there are any helpful threads discussing the book. Sorry I can remember more....but I do recommend the book.
