I am new to the boards & I hope someone can help me. I will try to be brief...
I have the Intro video & the level one video, also the book, even though I still haven't got started yet. Here is the situation: I am almost 21 weeks pregnant in a high risk pregnancy (not even allowed to walk for exercise..on light bedrest). I want to do the oxycise but need to get the ok from the ob Dr. To give me the ok he said he would need to see exactly what the positions are (ie. pictures). My problem is that I have moved twice since I bought the material & have no idea where the book is. I called customer service @ Oxycise, but they did not have a scanner to email me any pictures. She is sending me some pics via snail mail. My Dr. appt. is tomorrow, & I was wondering if someone out there might be able to email me some pics?
Any help would be appreciated.
