Hi Gals,

I received my new set of tapes today, and have a question: I'm wondering why Jill felt it necessary to re-tape the introductory/breathing techniques, and make the abdominal lift/pelvic tilt optional--I like the original emphasis placed on that, but appreciate the slower paced, step-by-step way this one was done-Also, the body positions demonstration is missing and again, was curious as to why that is.

That said, it's GREAT to be able to follow along again instead of doing it from memory; I see the level 2 is still the original format (as is the level 1 workout tape), and received levels 3 & 4 today, as well (those look really challenging!)-

Thanks,
Love,
Helene

SmileHelene you'll love levels 3 and 4. Both are favorites of mine and I do those two more than any of the others. I have all the tapes and alternate often but I always go back to the above mentioned.

Nice to see you back with us.

Thanks, Jeans! You're sweet! Smile

I just ordered the upper body/buns/thighs series, so I'm looking forward to those as well.

Thanks again,
Love,
Helene

Hi Helene!

We updated the Introduction DVD after customer feedback, to make the breathing techniques more methodical and easier to understand. The body positions are now located at the end of the Level 1 DVD. We felt it made more sense to have the body positions on the same DVD as the corresponding workout. Sorry for any confusion!!

Also, in the updated version we do make the lift/pelvic tilt optional -- once again based on customer feedback. Many people had a hard time incorporating this aspect, and since it is not critical to the oxygen intake and fat burning, we wanted to help them focus on the more important parts of the breathing techniques.

If you are able to do the lift, by all means make it be part of your workout!

I hope you are enjoying your new DVD's!

Keep on breathin'!

I've been meaning to say: the new DVDs are wonderful! The production is of excellent quality, and make the workouts all the more enjoyable--The higher levels are truly challenging, and a great way to vary a workout without feeling discouraged. I've been rotating them for months now, and never get bored!

Love,
Helene

Hi Jeans,

They're the DVDs of the older workouts, plus some of the newer workouts like Buns and Thighs/Upper Body; I had Levels 1-4 on VHS, but the DVDs are of much better visual and sound quality-

Love,
Helene
