Hi everyone. I am new to Oxycise but love the energy it has given me so far. My question. I have a blood pressure machine & usually take my pressure before Oing & after Oing. My resting heart rate is around 66 & when I finish with Oing it is usually 80. Am I getting my heart rate up enough. I do breath (I feel) with alot of gusto. Thanks.

Heleen, Thanks for the reply. But I am confused. Shouldn't my heart rate be rising, why would I have to check with my doctor?
Thanks. |

Hi Goldie!
That sounds good for now, and as you get more familiar with O!, you'll find that your heart rate will continue to increase. Keep on breathin'! Kirstine Oxycise! Staff |
